The bar/restaurant Tasca de Noah has been elected as a finalist in the XXVI National Competition of Pinchos and Tapas City of Valladolid, one of the most prestigious gastronomic events in Spain.
The tapa, “Vulcano de Atún”, (Tuna Volcano) includes 25% of Calasparra rice in the recipe, putting Calasparra on the national map of gastronomy and carrying the name of Calasparra and its most emblematic product onto the Grand Final.
