The Youth Seven A Side Football Tournament Calasparra Cup returns this week for the ninth edition and is one of the most anticipated youth events on the calendar with regional, national and international teams taking part.
The tournament is disputed over three days, March 23 to 25, in the Caverina.
On Friday a reception for all the teams begins at 7pm and at 7.30pm there will be a welcome meal at the Sanctuary for all players and techical staff.
On Saturday the action begins at 9am with the group phase that continues until 5pm when the quarter finals and bronze phase will be played.. There will be a dinner at 9pm.
On Sunday the final phase begins at 9am with the Silver phase and the semifinals at 10am. The grand final will be played at 12.30pm. Trophies will be presented at 1.30pm.
All teams will play at least five games during the tournament. Games will last for 24 minutes, 12 minutes each way, but semi finals and finals will last longer.
For those unable to attend the tournment will be transmitted on the official YouTube channel of the tournament.
