If you have accessed the Bosque Galleria from the lower road to the Sanctuary you may have noticed work being carried out on the land adjacent to the river as you approach the wood.
This is preparation work carried out by ANSE in order to replant abandoned arable land and recuperate the river bank woods.
On Saturday January 13 ANSE is inviting volunteers to take part in a tree planting exercise at the «Huertecicia» (which also gives its name to the path which runs above the existing river bank wood and makes a ciruclar walk with the walk along the river).

The tree platning will take place from 10am to 1pm on site (on the right where there is a small building as you approach from the lower Sanctuary road. It is free of charge.
