On February 6 Spain stops all imports of Russian petrol and this could have a knock on effect on petrol and diesel prices.
At the end of December the 20 cents discount on petrol and diesel was lifted and now motorists possibly face another price hike.
Pundits predict a 3% rise in diesel prices and 2.5% on petrol.
The date being bandied about is February 5 but if and when prices will rise nd by how much is still uncertain. May be advisable to fill up just in case!!
