The III Reakiva local shopping campaign began on November 3 and gives shoppers a 10 euros discount on 25 euros spent with a maximum of two discounts per purchase.
Today I had my eyes tested and bought two pairs of spectacles and, as long as I pay with a credit card, got 20 euros off my purchase, that is two 10 euros discounts, one for each 25 euros spent.
The bonus scheme is an initiative of the local Chamber of Commerce and is the III REAKATIVA campaign aimed at encouraging local shopping.
The discounts are fully funded by Calasparra Town Hall.
Between November 3 and 30 customers shopping in participating shops and business will get a 10 euros discount on 25 euros spent, with a maximim of two vouchers per purchase.
The slogan of the campaign is: «Buy in Calasparra. Your local shop matters! Reactivate local shopping!»
