An 18 year-old was gored three times by a bull during one of the two bull runs today, Tuesday,and was transferred to the Arrixaca Hospital for surgery.
The incident happened in Calle Mayor during the first bull run, postponed from yesterday because of torrential rain.
He suffered three wounds, one of 15 centimetres and two of 10 centimetres, all in his right thigh.
The first bull run of the day was clean and fast with the bulls from stockbreeder Murteira arriving at the bull ring in one minute and 51 seconds.
The second and final bull run of the fiestas, with three bulls from Palha, was over in just two minutes and three seconds. There were no incidents.
