If you are asked to donate money for the Red Cross to buy an ambulance it is a fraud, warns the President of the local Spanish Red Cross Assembly, Ramón Gijón.
He goes on to underline that the only fund raising current activity for the Red Cross is the sale of tickets for the Sorteo del Oro: any otyher activity is an attempt to get money by false pretences.
