The Sanctuary of Our Lady of Hope in Calasparra has entered a competition to be nominated as one of the seven wonders of the region of Murcia.
All citizens are entitled to vote for their favourite “wonder” in a competition organised by the magazine “Me Encanta Murcia” ( I Love Murcia) through the Internet and social networks.
Taking part is easy!! Just go to Facebook and put “Me Encanta Murcia” in the search engine and click on your favourite “wonder” of the region.
Obviously the Sanctuary is hoping people, especially local people, will click on the photo of this local beauty spot and that the Sanctuary will be voted one of the Seven Wonders of the Region of Murcia.
There is also an option to vote for the Almadenes Canyon.
These two options are numbers 9 and 13.
The competition closes on Sunday July 13.
