The main events are organised for Friday 25, Saturday 26 and Sunday 27 in a «gastronomic space» to be set up in the public car park opposite the Plaza Emilio Pérez Piñero with different gastronomic exhibitions.
The event is organised by the Regulatory Council of the DOP Rice Calasparra and Calasparra Town Hall with the colaboration of the regional government of Murcia through the «1001 sabores»; The Ministry of Agriculture, Fish and Food; Estrella de Levante; Cajamar and Alimentos de España.
