The association “Calasparra se mueve,» which collects funds for cancer research, sold 500 cheese tarts, donated by Tio Resti, at Friday´s street market.
The Head of the group, Tio Resti, had told listeners to Radio Calasparra earlier this week:
“We have increased sales and won various prizes and recognition for our products. It gives us great satisfaction to collaborate with a local charity which supports cancer research.”
Calasparra Se Mueve also “sold out” of lottery tickets in aid of their funds.
