We all know that summer is really here when the local Band of Music begin their summer programme of open air concerts which begins, as is customary, in the last week of June.
Meanwhile the Band of Music has organised an art competition to motívate the pupils of the School of Music to paint and draw and to promote the relationship between the Band and an interest in learning music.
The winning entry will be the publicity poster advertising the first concert of the Band´s summer programme when they will perform with the children and junior sections of the band.
