Pedro Sanchez has announced that the national borders with the Schengen area (EU) will open at the end of the State of Alarm, June 21.
This with the exception of Portugal which has asked for a delay until July 1.
During the transition period of Brexit this also applies to the UK. So UK citizens can also enter Spain from June 21.
