Murcia is one of the regions which will enter Phase One of the State of Alarm on Monday May II. Here are some of the implications:
Working from home will be encouraged.
Social contact is permitted, maximum of 10 people although this limit does not apply to people who live together.
Re-opening of all local, small shops and professional services with floor area of 400 square metres or more. Limit 50% capacity. Obligatory special opening hours for elderly people.
Individual Town Halls may permit the re-opening of street markets with priority given to fresh foods and basic foodstuffs. Only 25% of stalls usually permitted unless the ground area is extended. Restrict customers to 1/5th capacity.
Re-open open air terraces to 50% capacity. Maximum 10 people per table or group of tables. Social distancing applies.
Re-open hotels but communal areas remain closed.
Access to religious buildings and sites but to 1/3rd capacity only.
Active tourism permitted including to the countryside within the region. Organised walks and activities restricted to 10 people by appointment.

10am to 12 midday (over 70´s)
12midday to 7pm (Under 14´s)
7pm – 8pm (over 70´s)
8pm to 11pm (Individual sport, elderly, and over 14´s).
