Although only 4.5 litres of rain fell in Calasparra in the early hours of this morning some 60.6 litres per square metre were registered in Caravaca and 40.2 litres in Cieza.
At the Venta del Olivo and the Moro reservoir 33.2 litres were registered: Beniel 6.2; Santomera 3.4; Fortuna 4.4; Cartagena 5.3; and Pliego 19.6 litres.
The Orange weather warning stays in place in Calasparra until midnight tonight, Tuesday.
