A new Employment Office for Calasparra in Calle Mayors, substituting the old office in the Gran Via, was officially opened by the Mayoress of Calasparra, Teresa Garcia, and the Head of the regional Department of Business, Employment and Economy, (CARM), María Isabel López.
The new office inCalasparra, an investment of 480.000 euros finances by the Public Service of State Employment (SEPE),
now counts on a new Employment (SEF) Office that permits a more efficient, comforatble and personalized service for residents.
The 237 metro office on one floor will accomodate workshops, days and sessions of work orientation. and will be used exclusively by SEF instead of sharing facilities with other services as in the old SEF office in Gran Via.
Calasparra currently has the lowest rate of unemployment, 11 percent. in almost two decades and is one of the municipal areas in the Murcia region with a relative growth in employment compared to last year.
