RED CROSS AND CARITAS ACCOUNTS FOR DONATIONS FOR VICTIMS IN VALENCIA

Apart from the army, navy, UME, Guardia Civil, Firemen, police, medical teams, organizations cooking and distributing hot food, and many other local. regional and national organizations helping the victims of Valencia with their practical help, there has also been an avalanche of volunteers from all over Spain who continue to arrive daily, on foot for much of the way, to help out in anyway they can.
The efforts of these official and unofficial helpers, from cleaning mountains of mud from people’s houses and the streets outside, to providing hot food, climbing over rubble and mountains of wrecked cars to reach those still trapped in their homes, to those with the tragic role of searching for the many disappeared for whom hope fades, has touched the hearts of everyone in Spain.
There are ways we can help by making donations of materials or money to official organisations such as Caritas or the Red Cross who have been on the front line in Valencia from the first moment of the tragedy giving practical help, advice and support to the victims. The bank accounts for donations are shown with this article.
Please only use official organizations and bank accounts to ensure your donations do not end up in the pocket of fraudsters.
