Several heavy showers, lightening and thunder during the rock concert by local musicians at the Castle Open Theatre on Saturday night did not stop the music.
Well……… it stopped the music, as the first band rushed to cover electronic equipment and the crowd of spectators rushed for shelter……….but only temporarily.
It was past midnight when the music eventually started, the seating was wet and many spectators had already given up and gone home. However, those who remained were able to enjoy the three local groups who performed well into the early hours of the morning.
