A representative from the Ministry of Agriculture, Fish and Food visited the two local rice cooperatives this week to carry out quality control.
Javier Mate Calallero, the Vice Director of Quality Control and Ecological Production at the Ministry carried out an audit and quality control for the Denomination of Origin at the Flor de Calasparra and the Esperanza Rice Cooperative.
