The public prosecutor is asking for a three and half year prison sentence for a man found in Calasparra with cocaine hidden in a Kinder egg.
The local police of Calasparra discovered nine packets of cocaine, wieghging 3.8 grammes hidden in a Kinder egg during a traffic control search n January 6.
The defendant also faces a fine of 500 eurs.
The tribunal has allocated time today, Friday, for the defendant and his defence team to reach an agreement with the public prosecutor
