The youth section of the Partido Popular has donated some 350 kilos of food they collected in their Christmas Solidarity Campaign last week to the Red Cross for local families.
Last Thursday at the Party Headquarters in Calasparra Juan Fajardo Olivares, President of the NNGG Calasparra, said: “ The public have responded on mass and we are sincerely grateful. This year we have managed to double the amount of food collected and we have also collected a large number of plastic tops to donate to FUNDAME to help our young resident, Paola.”
The President of the Red Cross thanked the party for their efforts and the residents of Calasparra for their generosity.
