This is a new guest at the Dogs Rescue refuge, a Podenca and five puppies.
She was abandoned in a place of very difficult access in Caravaca with her seven puppies. Two are still missing.
Dogs Rescue volunteers have been trying to rescue her for sometime and at last she is and her pups are safe at the refuge.
Mum is very nervous and not keen on human contact. Volunteers continue to work with her to gain her confidence.
The search for the two missing puppies continues.
Dogs Rescue are appealing for financial help with vet’s costs as the mother has a serious case of worms and the puppies need medical attention.
