The night of the Three Magic Kings lived up to its name this year in Calasparra as a troupe of pixies, dancers and amazons joined them in the traditional procession from the top of the town to the Plaza de la Corredera.
There was magic in the air the night of the Chinese Lanterns on Christmas Eve too, when a whopping 520 kilos of non perishable food was donated by local people to the Red Cross to distribute to the less fortunate residents of the town at Christmas and the sky was filled with over 500 tiny lights.
