This year the return of the statue of
Our Lady of Hope to the Sanctuary, after a month in Calasparra, will follow the
lower road to the Sanctuary via Villa Vieja and the rice fields.
The pilgrimage,
on June 2, takes place after the early morning mass, and will follow the route last
taken in 1913.
