The Health Minister, Salvador Illa, and the Second Vice
President, Pablo Iglesias, have held a press conference to confirm the manner
and conditions under which the Under 14´s may go outside from April 26.
The Health Minister has emphasized that
it is important that children comply with basic measures in order to avoid
contagion by Covid-10.
These are:
Maintaining a distance of at least metres from anyone else
Frequently washing their hands
Observing hygiene in private and public spaces.

Iglesias, explained that the new order permits children under 14 years to go
out of their homes from next Sunday under the following conditions:
They go out once day for a maximum of an hour between 9am and 9pm and within one
kilometre of their home
They are accompanied by an adult at all times.
The order further provides for up to three children, under 14, from the same
family may go out with one adult.
