The rules for wearing masks as a precaution against contagion by Covid-19 changed today.
Nationwide it is now obligatory to wear masks in all public places, interior or open air, even on the beach or walking in the countryside.
The new regulation comes into force tomorrow and makes face masks for people from the age of six years old obligatory at all times in all public spaces even if there is a safe distance between people.
The only exceptions are when practicing sport in open air (with social distancing), however, this may change depending on which autonomous community you live in. Also when it is obviously literally impossible to wear one.
Those with chronic breathing difficulties and medical conditions which make wearing a mask impossible are also exempt.
