If you are looking for something Chrismassy to do in Calasparra the Municipal Model Nativity Scene with more than 1,500 pieces is now open to the public.
The model is presented every year by the artisan, Ángel Sánchez known locally as «El Caete» in collaboration with Pepe Ruiz.
It is much more than a religious model, featuring local customs, traditions and cultures in a host of different scenes.
Well worth a visit!!

Saturdays 12 midday to 1.30pm
Sundays midday to 1.30pm
