A 29 year-old motorcyclist has been seriously injured as a result of an accident on a forest trail on the Sierra del Puerto.
The Emergency Coordination Centre (112) was contacted just after midday today with a report of a motorcyclist who had fallen off his vehicle and was hurt and shocked with a possible fracture of the clavicle and other injuries.
An environmental officer and an ambulance attended the scene of the accident.
The man was transferred to hospital in Caravaca with grave injuries.
