More than 6,500 people, who were not vaccinated against Covid-19, have decided in the last month to take up the vaccination.
The regional Health Authority believe the increase in vaccinations is due to the requirement for the Covid Certificate for bars, restaurants and locals which want to offer 100% capacity at their premises.
Three times as many bars and restaurants etc in the region have applied for 100% capacity at their premises and the requirement for the Covid Certificate this week.
