Town Hall has announced more financial help for residents whose income has been
affected by the COVID-19 epidemic and are struggling to pay rent or mortgages.
HELP WITH RENT
100% rent up to 900 euros monthly on an habitual residence for those with financial problems due to health crisis.
If you have lost your job or are temporarily suspended (ERTE) or are on short time, or families with less than 3 x IPREM (537.84 monthly).
For families who use 35% of their monthly income to pay rent and utilities including mobile phone.
MORTGAGES
No repossessions of mortgage arrears will be permitted during the State of Alarm and “mortgage payment holidays” negotiated.
For workers who have lost their jobs, self-employed and those who have suffered a substantial fall in income or sales or families and with mortgage repayments of more than 35% of net income.
For families with less than 3 x IPREM (537.84 euros monthly) (more for children and dependents.
For professionals with more than a 40% loss of sales and families who struggle to pay their mortgage by 1.3%.
