The Superior Tribunal of Murcia has ruled in favour of the Community of Users of Argos and against ADEVAS by declaring that the modernisation of the irrigations system in Calasparra is legal.
The ruling also states the the modernisation is favourable to the environment and does not predjudice it and that all the processes leading up to modernisation were correct and legal.
Thus the three claims lodged by Adevas have been dismissed.
The ruling may be appealed.
