The Association of Disabled People of Calasparra has launched its new campaign under the slogan: “I am just like you even though you don´t know it.”
The Association, which has its headquarters in the Nuevo Pozo Social Cultural Centre marked Mental Health Day on Monday with a group discussion.
Sofia Clemente, occupational therapist, notes how gratifying it is to work with the members of the Association and underlines “how important it is that we don´t marginalize people with mental health conditions in order that they feel part of society.”
