The shop windows of Calasparra are decorated in a special way this week as they dedicate their displays to the International Day of Rice on October 31.
This initiative by local shopkeepers and businesses aims to value and promote this esteemed local product and coincides with the programme of the Gastronomic Days of Calasparra Rice to be held next weekend.
