Calasparra rice and two cheeses from the local Villa Vieja cheese factory were features of the 32 Salón of Gourmets, International Food and Quality Drinks Show in Madrid from May 7 to 10.
Rice from both the Flor de Calasparra and the Cooperative del Campo Virgen de la Esperanza appeared on the Murcia stand with a wine cheese and a mature cheese from Villa Vieja as examples of the best regional products.
