The local Chamber of Commerce is organizing a raffle to raise funds for the reconstruction of commerce and business in Lorca.
The tickets cost 1 euro and are being sold in all local businesses and shops. The prizes have been donated by local businesses.
The draw will be on August 27 at 7pm at the Casa de la Cultura when the President of the Chamber of Commerce will preside.
The funds raised will go towards reconstruction work in Lorca where the centre of the town was al most completely destroyed by the recent earthquake.
