The Foreign and Commonwealth Office have just published the latest advice for UK residents living in Spain after Brexit.
The advice covers:
EU Exit updates
Births, deaths and getting married
Accommodation and buying property
The section entitled EU Exit: «What should you do?» advises UK residents to register as a resident in Spain; register for healthcare as a resident in Spain; exchange your UK driving licence for a Spanish one; and check your passport is valid for travel.
