The Tasca de Noah was awarded second prize in the III Campeonato Regional de Tapas HoyTú (III Regional Tapas Competition) for its entry “La Miloha de Noah”.
The Tasca was selected from eight restaurants in the Murcia region by the Regional Federation of Catering Businesses and Tourism.
A professional jury evaluated the entries for creativity, technique, presentation and use of local products.
