LA TASCA – FINALIST IN NATIONAL TAPAS COMPETITION

The Tasca bar/restaurant, is one of 45 finalists in the XIX National Competitiion of Pinchos and Tapas of Valladolid with the tapa “Milhoja de Noah.”
Fulgencia Sola and Juan Párraga, owners of the Tasca, are the only finalists from the regiion with their tapa of millifeulle, oxtail, pumpkin and basil with buttons of humous and pumpkin (pictured here).
The tapa is named after the grandson of the owners and is presented on an elephant, the favourite animal of their grandson.
