Don´t worry!! As long as your ITV actually expired during the State of Alarm you can continue to drive your vehicle.
If your ITV expired before the state of alarm you can only drive if you made an appointment for the ITV test and this was cancel due to the closing of the ITV Stations.
You can take with you the appointment printed or on your mobile.
ITV stations are closed during the State of Alarm.
You can also drive if your driving licence expired during the State of Alarm. At the end of the Statre of Alarm drivers will have 60 days to renew their licence.
