Calasparra Town Hall has launched a new project, Gastropaisajes 2023, an International Forum of gastronomic and landscape culture, at the International Tourism Show (FITUR) in Madrid.
The Forum, an international and national event, will feature debate, reflection, cooperation, impulse, development and promotion of gastronomic and landscape culture.
Gastropaisajes Calasparra 2023 will be held in October 2023 but will count on activities throughout the year to coincide with the various stages of the production of Calasparra rice.
The Forum will take place over four days and will count on the top specialists in agriculture and food: cultural, scientific and gastronomical, with open spaces for debate and dialogue. There will be training, routes, cultural activities, tourism and gastronomy, There will also be activities in other communitites throughout the year with the idea of promoting Calasparra Rice in Spain.
The event will count on the top national and international chefs and cooking experts and will have Italy as the theme this year.
There will also be round table discussions, showcooking, master class and gastronomic workshops.
