Calasparra Town Hall has published the following information to aid readers to obtain their EU Covid Certificate.
Readers are reminded that bars and restaurants, which allow 100% capacity on their premises, must require the Covid Certificate all from their clients.
Bars and restaurants which restrict capacity to 30% do not require a Covid certificate.
However, to avoid being turned away it is advisable to download your certificate as a precaution either on your mobile phone or a hard copy (obtainable from the Medical Centre).
How to obtain your Covid Certificate.
1. Got to the Ministry of Health webpage https://www.mscbs.gob.es
- Click on the box “Solicita el certificado COVID digital de la UE” (you will need you DNI electronic certificate to do this and this certificate can be obtained free of charge from the Town Hall*).
- Fill in the form (don´t forget to click on the box to obtain the certificate in “wallet” form.
- Download your certificate.
* To obtain your “certificado digital de persona física” (digital DNI) you must first go to the webpage of the “Fábrica Nacional de Moneda y Timbre”, where you will obtain you application code (código solicitud) which you must take to the Town Hall, with your DNI or TIE card and in a few minutes you can obtain your “certificate digital” free of charge.
