House prices in the region of Murcia have dropped by 10.8% in the last three months compared to the same period last year, according to figures released by the Spanish Estate Agents Index.
Property prices in the region are slightly above the national average where the fall in value has been calculated at 11.5% compared to a 9.2% drop in the previous three months of this year.
