A significant increase in the price of all domestic fuel has been approved by central Government in July with the cost of electricity rising by an average of 3.95%, natural gas by 2.26% and bottled gas by 5.92%.
In the last six months electricity prices for the consumer have increased by 70% and include a massive hike of 7% in March this year. An average customer is expected to pay some 14.89 euros extra on their monthly bills.
