A descent of the River Segura and a visit to cave drawings form part of Sunday´s municpal walking route.
The walk, part of the Calasparra Step by Step programme, includes a guided tour of the Abrigos del Pozo (the Fool´s Shelter) to see the cave drawings.
The river descent takes in the Almadenes Canyon and the Dunes.
The walk will take approximately five hours and leaves from the Plaza de la Corredera at 8.30am on Sunday. It is graded as médium difficult.
