Nine children from local Primary Schools received prizes for the drawings representing “risk situations” as part of the Growing Up in Safety Campaign.
The Mayor of Calasparra, Jesus Navarro, and Maria Dolores Gomariz presented the nine young artists with prizes of books, MP4s and digital cameras at a special ceremony in the Town Hall on Monday.
The situations depicted by the participants included dangers in the home and road safety.
