The Government has just announced that the price of antigen test for Covid-19 will be fixed at a maximum of 2.95 euros.
Because of the high demand there has been a shortage of the tests and prices have spiralled.
Following a meeting of the Government with all the regional governments the decision was taken to fix the price.
The test kits are available in local chemists.
