The first free guided tours of Calasparra has already attracted more than 100 people from the region who have signed up to visit the sights of the town.
The Free Guided Tours Programme is an initiative of the of the Institute of Tourism and the network of Tourist Offices in the region which aims to promote the cultural values, patrimony and natural resources of Murcian towns.
The Calasparra tour, organised by the local Tourist Office, will take in the old town, the Rice Museum, Calle Mayor, Plaza de la Constitución, the Encomienda Museum, the Castle ruins and the Castle Theatre, the Saints Church and the Molinico Municipal Archives.
There will be a tour on April 7, May 5 and June 2 at 11am.
