Pepe Veléz, former Mayor of Calasparra, will be the official PSOE candidate for President of the regional Government of Murcia in the regional elections next year.
He is currently Government representative for the region and Secretary General of the regional PSOE.
Veléz has pledged to secure the long awaited Autovia del Norte; a Day Centre for Calasparra; more personnel for the local Health Centre; and improved public transport.
Calasparra Town Hall has passed many years appealing to the regional government for all of the above.
