The local forestry squad are carrying out a massive cull of trees near the two urbanisations, Tierra del Sol and Cañada Verde, as part of the regional fire prevention plan.
Several Nexonr readers had commented on the cull and the Head of the Department of Environment, Rafa Romero, has confirmed that it is legal.
