Although forcasters do not seem able to agree when the rain will come they all predict some rain over this weekend.
Some forecasts suggest the rain will start on Friday and continue through to Monday with winds dying down a little and temperatures falling by two or three degrees. Others forecast the rain will come on Saturday and last over the weekend or will arrive on Sunday and stretch over Monday.
The winds over the next few days will continue to be a feature of the weather with speeds of between 18 and 22kph.
As always we must bear in mind that Calasparra seems to have its own ecosystem and predictions are rarely very reliable. However, according to the locals if the clouds gather over the summit of the Molino that is usually a reliable sign that we will have rain.
