The prosecution service, (Fiscal) is demanding five year jail sentences and a fine of 4,380 euros for ordering fruit from the Agra Cooperative but not paying for it.
Salvatore d’A. and Manuel G.M.,of the companies, Royal 2000, S.L. and Cítricos Gigax, S.L, allegedly placed various orders at the Agra Cooperative during July and August of 2013 but failed to pay the bills for 170,190 euros.
The two men must appear in court after failing to reach an agreement with the Fiscal whereby they admitted the offences and accepted the punishment.
According to the Fiscal they allegedly:” Designed a plan to obtain immediate and illicit economic benefit.”
The two men face fraud charges.
